So. Stadium was rabak. Ran and ran til my side got stitches. Til my lungs felt like bursting. Til my legs felt like lead.
But it was good.
So I told Mimi we should alternate between Reservoir jogs for endurance/stamina and Stadium runs for speed/intensity.
Didn't really sleep after the run. Just rested. Left before 2 to get painting stuff cos I wanted to paint the gelanggang rings. Which was completed rather quickly with the kiddos' help.
Can't help but train at FC4 cos of the painted rings and wet weather. More cramped than usual cos of the painted rings occupying a large area at the stairs end. Focused largely on the performance pieces. Just realised my focus during training was all over the place. What DID I do?? Hahaha.. Just arranged the ganda girls set, and basically directing the rest.
And despite the exhausting workout, I wasn't drained out by the end of the day as I had presumed.
Going to work this morning, my lungs feels bigger, my trachea seems less clogged up but my legs felt leaden. At least I didn't have cramps on my calves.
Feeling good. Alhamdulillah.
