Aaaaaand another late night/early morning. I just got back from a petrol run with Safwan. Feeling rather tired but Imma do up this post to keep up with the a-post-a-day plan.

I had something in mind for the post early but I can't remember right now. Hmmm..

In any case, pretty interesting day. After work, had breakfast at Alsalam before going home and napping til noon. After solat Jumaat off I went for IPPT.

Don't really have much to say about IPPT except I passed. I should really be more consistent and determined to work out and improve my general fitness and IPPT results. For now I've designated Tuesdays as my Sweat day. Hope I keep it up.

Apparently Seligi Tunggal are celebrating their 50th anniversary tomorrow. Wow, not bad. Longetivity and lots of success through the years. Congratulations Seligi Tunggal!

Then I started counting.. Eh, Tapak Suci also 50 this year lei!! Established 31st July 1963.. 50 also! Naissseeee..

Dammit. What was that profound thought? Bah! Forget it (no puns intended), let's move on..

Gonna be buying a new pair of running/exercise shoes soon. My Nike Span 8 is falling apart; it has run its last IPPT. It's been a good pair of shoes. Time to get a new pair. Shall I stick to Nike? And no, no Adidas for me. Hehe..

Ok time to sleep. Busy busy Saturday coming up!
