One word to sum up the day : disappointment.

Not so much by my athletes. Sure, some performed below par but I'm usually forgiving in that sense.

I'm disappointed with myself. Despite my efforts I've yet to train and someone(s) to a Seni gold. At least for a while now. For all the technical knowledge, what's the point of my own personal Seni capabilities if I can't pass it down to someone else? Redults matter. Result reflects quality.

Perhaps I should simplify. I dunno.. But I gotta work harder. Prepare better. Higher standards expected from everyone including me. I must break this personal duck of mine.

I know I can do it. I just have to prove it
