It's been a sobering bitter day. What to do. False hope, return to reality, demoralising truths, caught in between raging unrelenting unrepentant egos, unsavoury posts...
The only thing that brighten my day at all was SP Silat training in the afternoon.
Silat is my elixir and my venom. I can't live without it but I abhor the politics and grudges. Sigh..
