Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah. For truly I have much to be grateful for, yet do not express my gratitude enough.
Ramadhan have come and gone. This year's Ramadhan had been special in its own way, one to remember for a while, perhaps forever. Mostly because I've finally met Fanna. (Her sis and mom have been trying to get us to meet for quite a while.)
I don't why or how, but we simply clicked. Right off the bat, there was no awkwardness as we walked around Geylang Bazaar. Kinda make me regret hesitating for so long. Fast Forward to 21st, we spent nearly 12 hours together and even met her family and had dinner with them at their home. Okay, I've actually met them before as I've come to their place as Farah's friend previously, but yeah...
Today there was a movie screening for the NSFs and Edwards gave us tickets to join them. As we made our way up to Shaw Bugis, we stumbled upon Megat and Wani. Making small talk, I've finally learnt when is her wedding. Like finally. Hahaha. Seriously didn't know all these while but yeah. All I can say was, even though I was shaken and affected to learn the date and about the combined ceremony, having Fanna by my side made it easier to handle. Reminded me that that was my past and here was my present. Who knows, maybe even my future.
I don't think I want to go Australia in October but maybe end of the year? We shall see. No rush. Same for Fanna. What we have right now.. We shall deal with it day by day. All I know is that my heart is healing. I am ready for the future.
I'll do my best. Only then will I be fine. Well, finer than now.
Anyways, congrats to Keen, but yeah, save your invitation, you know I won't come. Maybe I'll go to Megat's majlis. See how. Anyways, congrats!
