So. Tristan park off road riding today. From ard 10am til about 4pm. SP alumni guys. 8 of us. Fatigued. Fell down alot. Last fall hit my head on the ground bad. Helmet took the brunt of the impact but i hurt my neck abit. Unfortunately, another previous fall caused Wandi to fall as well. Found out later it was a complete fracture on his left hand. The bone connected to his 4th finger. Reminded me alot of my own injury.

Tired. Tomorrow, wedding and open house. Expecting cramps and pain all over. Lucky Fanna gave me a bit of massage just now. Gonna sleep. Exhausted.

Good memories nonetheless.
