So I finally went for a jog ala treadmill. 10 minutes at 9kph. Heart rate approx 180bps. Sweating buckets. Feeling good.
So I hope to make this a routine. Reach firepost, exercise while waiting for e fireman to return with our food. If I wait til 4, I will be too lazy or the others would be working out first. Besides, I'd already be sweaty and stinky from the morning's activities so might as well work out, then bathe, thus smelling and feeling better for the rest for the duty, exempting firecalls.
