I once heard or read from somewhere that a happy man is one who owes no one nothing. No loans hanging over his head, no owing anyone anything. I thought that I was like that, tak berhutang. I was then reminded about my Poly fees yesterday and how my dad used his CPF to pay off a percentage of my fees.

Thought I'd bring it up so anyone who reads this and uses the same scheme for their fees will remember that we do have to re-pay the money or else our parents will have a lot less for their retirement.

Hmm.. seems like day by day life gets more and more complex for me. Ain't complaining though. All that means that my life isn't monotonous and all this is within my limits and abilities. Now I've got other concerns other than my own selfish indulgences. Having these responsibilites make me feel alive, knowing that people do depend on me and I have a reason to succeed in life.
