Ok nevermind. Why am i in such a fucked-up vulgar mood?
Cos the video is fucking-up on me giving me a headache.
Ok here's the situation. I filmed on 2 Hi8 video cams and one MiniDV cam. I den digitised them by recording them on a HDD/DVD recorder and burn them to DVDs, including the MiniDV as the person who owns it didnt have the Firewire cable (go figure). Now, 3 weeks on, i'm still stuck as i'm trying all i can to convert or rip the DVDs into a format i can work on in Adobe premier.
for some reason MPGs are read as audio files. WTF?? Exporting the file to AVI on Nero took up 133+ GB of space. Another WTF?? Even now, the main reason i'm still awake is trying to figure out whats the best way to convert the files, considering the huge amount of space its taking up.
Perhaps what i could do is edit per team, save the projects on DVDs den compile them all later. I mean it should work, right? We'll see how it'll go.
Hmm.. actually it should work. Cos i mean, DVDs, its about the timing right? so lets say i edit team 1. burn it into DVD. den use Nero to compile everything and make one big happy family.. er DVD.. maybe i can try that..
